Kate Astill's Manifestation Guide

You may already be familiar with manifestation or the laws of attraction. Put simply, manifestation is about turning your dreams and desires into reality. Broken down a little further, manifestation is making everything you want to feel and experience a reality through your thoughts, actions, beliefs and emotions. Manifestation can be a powerful tool and can help us explore and discover what we truly desire. This guide won’t help you manifest a new car or your dream house.

This guide is going to help you manifest the next version of you.

Too often, manifestation is used to materialise super specific items in our life, down to the colour and time of entry. This practice can be like putting blinkers on a horse. It removes our peripheral vision and our ability to see anything but what is directly in front of us. For example, I desired to have more meaningful relationships with my existing friends. Left and right I had new people entering my life. People with similar interests, with similar values and beliefs. Because I was so fixated on building meaningful relationships with my existing friends, I was unable to see meaningful relationships sprouting all around me. This guide is going to help you manifest what you desire, in a way that won’t restrict your vision.

Meet your new Coach:

Kate Astill

Hi, I’m Kate and I am a Yoga Teacher and Soulful Business Coach.

I have helped hundreds of entrepreneurs master their mindset and their business. I do this by teaching you how to build your brand, craft your own offer (or refine an existing one) and market it ethically without questioning what to do and how.

I can help you find your voice and create content that feels good for you and impacts your audience.

I am passionate about helping small business owners because I know firsthand the struggles of growing a business all on your own. I have experienced overwhelm and difficulty finding new clients, and I know that I am not alone in this.

I truly believe that entrepreneurs deserve to have the tools they need to build an ever-growing, sustainable business without burning out on social media, conforming unethical practices or letting imposter syndrome take over and keep you small.
